Tera Bowden
Event Officer
Tera Bowden is a nonprofit event professional who is passionate and committed to helping people. With experience working for large corporations, non-profits, and universities, Tera has produced over 150 events ranging from multi-day trade shows to intimate fundraising affairs.
She joins us from the ALS Association where she has served as Event Coordinator and most recently as a Development Manager. There she was responsible for the Central Florida Walk to Defeat ALS, managing the Pensacola Inaugural CEO Soak and spearheading fundraising efforts across the Florida panhandle. Prior to working at the ALS Association, Tera was the Senior Special Events Coordinator at West Virginia University
A graduate of Florida State University, Tera was inspired to pursue a career in mission- based event planning after volunteering for nonprofits throughout her collegiate and professional career. In her free time, Tera enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants, and live music.
